Before an application: build an eligibility evidence file Steps 1. Identify the call by title, issuing organisation and version. Save the original rules and the official application destination. A programme overview or an old announcement cannot supply a missing deadline. 2. Extract each requirement into a row: geography, applicant type, project stage, permitted activity, funding terms, deadline and submission route. Record the exact rule location and your evidence of meeting it. 3. Check timing with a time zone and the destination with the issuer. If the deadline or route is unknown, pause submission and ask a precise question. Do not send identity documents to an unverified address. 4. Prepare only the evidence requested: project problem, users, delivery plan, budget and safeguards as applicable. Keep personal information out of public examples and obtain the relevant consent for real applications. Worked record Illustrative call record: ____________________ Title and issuer: ____________________ Deadline and time zone: ____________________ Eligibility evidence: ____________________ Submission route: ____________________ Clarification message: ____________________ Illustrative call record: Opportunity X — teaching example, not an advertised programme Title and issuer: Not yet confirmed: request the current call document Deadline and time zone: Unknown: do not label “open” Eligibility evidence: Applicant registration and project scope: prepare privately; not yet assessed Submission route: Await an issuer-confirmed URL before uploading documents Clarification message: Please confirm the call title, current rules, deadline/time zone and official submission route. AU programme information provides context; it does not by itself confirm a 2026 intake. Keep dated earlier calls with their original dates. An eligibility worksheet is preparation, not an award decision, endorsement or promise of support. Recheck the actual rules immediately before submission.
