Confirm the participation route

Choose one concrete policy question and identify the organ responsible for it. A regional label is too broad to serve as a submission destination. List the formal channel, its current instructions and an alternative network through which the same evidence might be discussed. Check requirements with the relevant institution rather than assuming the 2023 observer-status discussion still describes today’s procedure.

Prepare the evidence

Create a route sheet with the proposed recipient, mandate, contact source, language, format, deadline if one exists, and the person who confirms delivery. If a civil society network will aggregate the submission, agree which group signs it and how individual contributions are represented. Do not imply that membership of a network automatically confers official access.

Apply the method

For an illustrative community-service brief, keep national evidence and the regional policy request in separate sections. Name the decision you want the regional body to consider, attach a compact evidence table and request a documented response. Record what the network changed before forwarding the brief. This exercise does not represent an EAC submission or a promised institutional response.
